Just 15 minutes from Stratford, 35 minutes to London and a quick 50-minutes to Kitchener you will find this luxury oasis. Tour the museum, golf at the St. Mary's golf & country club, go for a swim at the St Mary's Quarry with an outdoor waterpark which is one of the most popular spots in the area, or hike along the trails of Thames River & Trout Creek.
Enjoy a tour through the museum (only a 2-minute walk across the street), a day at the splash pad, golfing at one of courses all located within a 20-minute drive of the house or enjoy a hike along one of the many trails along and over the Thames River and Trout Creek.
Go for a swim at the St Mary's Quarry, The Quarry was formerly a limestone Quarry that closed in 1920. In the mid-1940s it was converted into a public swimming area and remains one of the most popular spots in the area to visit on hot summer days, or enjoy a day in nearby Wildwood Lake. – St. Mary's is a charming small town with lots of small shops, coffee shops and bakery's just a short walk from the house which will make your travels to Stonetown well worth it for any occasion.

Summary: Perfect, affordable rental for easy access to Stratford. The town itself has some interesting shops and a few good restaurants. Previous review mentioned the stairs which are steep and have a short tread. TV did not work.

Summary: The home owners were amazing to communicate any questions we had! Check in and check out were easy and the house was beautiful!! We were able to have my rehearsal dinner and the bridal party all got ready together with lots of space! Would recommend this place to anyone!! :)

Summary: The house was perfect for our family's needs. It was a straightforward drive to Stratford, and St Mary's is a delightful town. My 90 year old mother was very comfortable in the first floor bedroom/bathroom and easily navigated her walker through spacious rooms. The remaining 6 adults spread out comfortably throughout the house. We only spent 3 nights at the property, but would have enjoyed a longer stay in this lovely house.

Summary: A beautiful old home completely and tastefully redone. We had a winter getaway weekend with the nieces and in-laws and it was perfect. The weather even cooperated with a wonderful dusting of snow. Spacious and modern kitchen, comfortable beds, many different spaces to congregate and the largest Scrabble board we have ever seen. Already thinking of a return in the summer.

Summary: This large, bright and well-maintained home was wonderful for our trip. We used St. Marys as a home-base for the Stratford festival and local entertainment. The house was comfortable spacious and well appointed. We highly recommend it.

Summary: Wonderful and spacious home in the beautiful town of St. Mary’s, Ontario. Comfortable beds and nicely updated. Books and games everywhere! Our only suggestions for improvements would be have more bathroom towels and kitchen linens available and instructions for appliances, especially how to regulate the AC and heating. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We are a group of senior citizen women who thoroughly enjoyed this 5 bedroom home with 2 1/2 bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The décor is lovely. Super squeaky clean.
